Founded in 2025, Hikoe Engineers Private Limited is a Pune-based assistive technology startup dedicated to developing innovative, affordable, and accessible solutions for people with disabilities.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between technological innovation and affordability through research-driven engineering.

Our flagship innovation, Brailly, is a refreshable Braille display powered by a novel, indigenously developed Braille cell mechanism designed to significantly reduce manufacturing costs.

The Prototype development was incubated at IIT Indore's ACE Foundation and has received financial support under the Government of India's MSME Design Scheme. We are working towards bringing our technology from prototype to real-world adoption through rigorous testing, independent validation, and user-centric design.
